Key Specification & Features of Ampere Magnus Pro
The Magnus Pro uses a 1.2kW electric motor that can propel the electric scooter to a top speed of 55kmph. The electric scooter can accelerate from 0-40kmph in 10 seconds. The Magnus Pro features a 60V, 30Ah lithium-ion battery pack that can deliver a range of up to 70-80km per full charge. The battery pack takes five to six hours to fully recharge. Ampere claims a running cost of 15 paise/km.
The scooter uses telescopic forks at the front and a coil spring at the back to perform the suspension duties. Braking setup comprises of 130mm drum brakes on both wheels while the safety net is provided by Combined Braking System (CBS).
The feature list on the Magnus Pro include LED DRL, anti-theft alarm, remote keyless entry, digital display, LED light in boot space, USB charger and a detachable battery. The Magnus Pro is available in four colour options “ Blueish Pearl White, Metallic Red, Golden Yellow and Graphite Black.
The electric scooter gets three-year warranty for motor, controller, charger and DC to DC converter as standard while an additional two-year extended warranty is also available. The battery pack gets a three-year/20,000km warranty.
