Ducati Multistrada 1200 S (Standard)

The Multistrada range of bikes has made Ducati a leader in the world of adventure touring. The Multistrada 1200S makes the segment more interesting with its latest technologies.The overall design styling of this new Multistrada hasnt changed and still gets the tall boy design. With the sharply chiseled body, carbon fiber panels and delicate detailing, the visually appealing motorcycle features Marchesini three-spoke wheels and a newly designed LED headlight.The Multistrada 1200S is powered by a new 1200cc Testastretta engine that produces 160bhp at 9500rpm and peak torque of 136Nm at 7600rpm.

This engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox, which transfers power to the rear wheel via a chain drive. This engine has been tuned to deliver power and torque across the band, to give a nice touring experience.In terms of equipment, the Multistrada 1200 S is loaded with the latest gadgets. It gets Ducati Safety Pack (DSP) that combines the Bosch 9ME multi-calibration cornering ABS with the Ducati branded 8-levels DTC. The rider has the option to switch off the ABS.

The bike comes with four riding modes  urban, touring, sport and enduro. Other than this, the bike is equipped with Ducati Cornering Lights (DCL) and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC). And the list doesnt stop there. It gets TFT display that shows detailed data of the bike, which will be helpful to the rider. The Multistrada 1200S also gets cruise control, hands-free ignition and Ducati Skyhook Suspension (DSS).The Ducati Multistrada 1200S is sold as a completely-built-up (CBU) unit from Italy. The bike can be booked from all the Ducati showrooms present in India.
