The Hero Xpulse 200T is powered by 199.6cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 17.83 bhp and a torque of 16.15 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Hero Xpulse 200T comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Xpulse 200T bike weighs 154 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13 liters. Hero MotoCorp has updated its road-biased 200cc motorcycle, the XPulse 200T to comply with the newest emission norms. The new Hero XPulse 200T BS6, similar to its off-road-spec variant, the XPulse 200, benefits from an oil-cooled engine instead of an air-cooled unit on its predecessor.
The updated 199.6cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, fuel-injected engine on the BS6 model produces 17.8bhp at 8,500rpm and 16.15Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. The BS4 version, for reference, delivered a slightly higher output of 18.1bhp at 8,000rpm and 17.1Nm at 6,500rpm.
The styling and cycle parts remain similar to the BS4 version, and the XPulse 200T BS6 continues to pack features such as an LED headlight and a Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster with turn-by-turn navigation. The motorcycle is available in three colours “ Sports Red, Panther Black, and Matte Shield Gold.
The hardware on the motorcycle includes conventional telescopic front forks and a seven-step adjustable rear mono-shock to perform the shock absorption tasks. The braking setup includes disc brakes on both wheels while the safety-net is handled by a single-channel ABS.
