LML (Lohia Machinery Limited) relaunched its 110cc motorcycle the LML Freedom DX in 2013 in a new avatar. The bike was due for an update since its inception in 2002 and the UP-based two-wheeler manufacturer revamped the motorcycle to keep up with the competition.The LML Freedom gets modern features and equipment to go head to head with other competitors from the commuter segment. The fascia is completely revamped with a new headlamp and a revised visor. The body shape remains the same, however, the company has given the bike a new two-tone colour paint scheme.The other features comprise of an electric start, black alloy wheels and a chrome plate with black silencer. The speedometer boasts of LEDs to indicate economy and power modes to keep the rider informed about the best fuel economy he can achieve. The company claims that the new seats get a better padding to increase the comfort level for both the rider and the pillion.The Freedom DX is powered by the same 110cc four-stroke engine that produces slightly more power than the conventional one. Now the power output is 8.5bhp of power and 8.6Nm of torque. The mill has also been revised to meet the new emission norms while it still comes mated to a four-speed transmission.The LML Freedom DX is available in five colours- blue, black, beige, red and silver.
