2023 Yamaha bike range launched with new features and updates
2023 Yamaha bike range prices revealed, begins from Rs. 1.27 lakhs and goes up to Rs. 1.93 lakhs (ex-showroom). All of the bikes now get the Traction Control System (TCS) as standard across all variants.

The Japanese motorbike maker has launched FZS-Fi V4 Deluxe, FZ-X, MT-15 V2 Deluxe and R15M. Now how does the traction control system work in these bikes? It controls the ignition timing and fuel injection volume to instantly adjust engine power output to avoid excessive slippage. This ensures efficient supply of power to the wheel and minimising wheelspin.
The Yamaha FZS-Fi V4 Deluxe comes with a new headlight, new instrument cluster which is borrowed from the MT15, LED indicators and coloured alloy wheels. It also comes with Bluetooth Enabled Y-Connect Application.
The Yamaha FZ-X gets Dark Matt Blue shade with golden color rim along with the TCS and LED indicators. Each the bikes are powered by the same 149cc engine producing 12.4 PS of peak power at 7250 RPM and 13.3 Nm of peak torque at 5500 RPM.
The brand new Yamaha R15M will get coloured TFT instrument cluster with Gear shift indicator, Track & Street Mode selector and LED flashers. New Dark Knight color being offered within the V4 model.
2023 Yamaha MT-15 V2 Deluxe will features dual-channel ABS as normal in addition to new LED flashers. It’ll now be available in Metallic Black colour in addition to the existing Ice Fluo-Vermillion, Cyan Storm and Racing Blue.
Each the R15 and MT15 are powered by the same 155cc fuel-injected engine producing 18.4 PS of peak power at 10,000 RPM, with peak torque output of 14.2 Nm at 7500 RPM. It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox that will get Help and Slipper clutch.
The FZS-Fi V4 Deluxe and FZ-X models are now E20 fuel compliant. By the end of 2023, the Japanese bike maker plans to make all of the bikes E20 compliant. They also announced that the brand new MY23 models will get equipped with on-board diagnostics (OBD-II) System.
