Bajaj CT125X Spotted At Dealership, Launch Could be Soon
The upcoming Bajaj CT125X gets a fully ribbed seat, convenient USB charger, and new graphics
Out of nowhere, Bajaj CT125X has been spotted undisguised at a dealership. It looks sale-ready which hints that the launch could be very soon. It will sure be a good utilitarian bike for the masses.
First up, the overall design and engine layout looks exactly like the existing CT110X. However, the bike gets a new dual-tone glossy Black and Green shade in addition to the signature ‘Discover’ Black and Red shade.
For reference, the CT110X is currently available in 3 colours – Matte Wild Green, Ebony Black and Red, and Ebony Black and Blue. The upcoming CT125X gets new graphics on the body panels. The tank grips are taken from the 110 though.
The biggest update, however, is the addition of a fully ribbed seat and a conveniently placed USB charger on the handlebar clamps. The seat looks cool and adds a lot of charm to the ruggedness. The bike can be easily modified into cool scramblers.
Unlike the CT110X which gets dual-purpose tyres, the 125 sports only normal road-biased tyres. But, the presence of MRF Zapper C rear tyre is a big plus. The engine looks like it has been borrowed from the discontinued Discover 125.
Overall, the box-section chassis and the build quality looks good and the bike might be great companion for people whose livelihood depends on a lot of rugged riding. Expect an ex-showroom price of about Rs. 80,000/- when the bike goes on sale.
