Brixton Motorcycles is preparing to introduce four new motorcycle models in India this festive season, including the Cromwell 1200 and the Crossfire 500 series. The Brixton Crossfire 500X is characterized as a robust and powerful cafe racer, while the Crossfire 500XC is designed as a scrambler, with a greater emphasis on off-road capabilities compared to the 500X. The Crossfire 500XC will compete with the Triumph Scrambler 400 X.

Both models feature a round LED headlight, a distinctive boxy fuel tank design, a single-piece seat that extends towards the tank, and an upswept exhaust. They are also equipped with a negatively-lit LCD display and all-LED lighting.
The Crossfire 500XC further includes a headlight grille, a compact flyscreen, an off-road front fender, and block-pattern tyres.
Both the Crossfire 500X and Crossfire 500XC are powered by the same 486cc, liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine, delivering 47.85PS at 8500rpm and 43Nm at 6750rpm, coupled with a 6-speed transmission.

The suspension system on both bikes features a preload-adjustable inverted fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock. Braking is managed by a 320mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc, both equipped with dual-channel ABS.
The Crossfire 500X is fitted with 17-inch spoke wheels, utilizing 120-section front and 160-section rear tubeless road tyres. Conversely, the Crossfire 500XC boasts a suspension travel of 150mm at the front and 120mm at the rear. It is equipped with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels, fitted with 110-section front and 150-section rear block-pattern tyres, making it suitable for off-road adventures.

Both models will be offered as CKD (Completely Knocked Down) units and will be assembled at KAW Motors’ facility in Kolhapur. In Europe, the Crossfire 500X is priced at approximately Rs 6.28 lakh, while the Crossfire 500XC is around Rs 6.91 lakh. However, a slightly higher price point is anticipated for both models in the Indian market.
