Recently, the company introduced a new variant named Chetak 3201, following the entry-level model Chetak 2901, which has led to some confusion due to the naming conventions.

With the launch of the 3201, Bajaj is adopting a novel approach by making it available exclusively online through Amazon for the month of August. It is anticipated that the scooter will subsequently be offered through Bajaj’s dealerships and other sales platforms.
The Chetak 3201 is built on the Premium trim and features the same larger 3.2 KWH battery, which has an ARAI-certified range of 136 kilometers. Bajaj claims that the total charging time is 5 hours and 30 minutes, and the scooter can reach a top speed of 73 kilometers per hour, similar to other variants, except for the Chetak 2901, which has a claimed top speed of 63 kilometers per hour.

The standard variant is equipped with a single ride mode, ECO, while the TecPac variant offers two ride modes: ECO and Sports.
