For many years, Honda two-wheeler used to come slapped with HET stickers on their scooters and bike. It is abbreviated to Honda Eco Technology. In the BS4 period, HET sticker used to appear on practically every two-wheeler that left the Honda plant. It is eSP right now. Honda says that, eSP is a widely recognised technology that improves combustion and reduces friction.
Honda may be introducing a new hybrid tech that’s aimed at improving efficiency and reducing the running cost for the customers. Some reports also speculate that it may be a hybrid system that uses a separate battery that is recharged through regenerative tech like that found on an electric vehicle.

The upcoming Honda Activa’s peak speed in purely electric mode is expected to go up to 40 kilometres. on pure electric mode. The usage of ICE will be always available for longer journeys.. However, with hybrid technology, its price may be outside the budget scooter. It seems that instead of bringing a straight hybrid scooter, Honda will first include a hybrid scooter in the lineup.
