Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports Launched, Priced From Rs. 16.01 Lakhs
Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports is imported via CKD route
Honda has launched the Africa Twin Adventure Sports in India with a price tag of Rs. 16.01 lakhs for the MT variant and Rs. 17.55 lakhs for the DCT variant (all prices, ex-showroom).
The MT variant is offered in Pearl Glare White Tricolor while the DCT comes in Mat Ballistic Black Metallic colour. Unfortunately you can’t choose a different colour. The motorcycle is being assembled locally in India and is available exclusively at Big Wing Topline showrooms across the country.
Powering the bike is a 1082.96cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke 8-valve parallel twin engine with overhead camshaft (OHC) type valve system that produces 98 PS at 7500 RPM and torque of 103 Nm at 6000 RPM.
In terms of tech, the bike is equipped with six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), 2-Channel ABS, HSTC (Honda Selectable Torque Control) and Bluetooth Connectivity. It offers four riding modes – Tour, Urban, Gravel and Off-Road.
Honda has equipped the Africa Twin with telescopic front suspension and pro-link rear suspension.
The control screen has been readjusted for better visibility while riding. It comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
