A notable design feature that sets the festive edition apart from the standard model is the blacked-out fly screen positioned above the LED headlight. This addition not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but is also designed to help deflect wind resistance when riding at elevated speeds.

Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged from the other variants. The TVS Ronin is equipped with a 225.9cc, air and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine, delivering 20.1 bhp and 19.93 Nm of torque, and is mated to a five-speed transmission.

It also offers two ABS modes—Urban and Rain. Notably, the top-spec Ronin is equipped with dual-channel ABS, while the base variant features single-channel ABS.
