Royal Enfield ‘blacks out’ 650 twins with new 2023 colors
Royal Enfield has introduced a refresh of its established 650cc twin-cylinder range, with new colors coming for the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650.
Having introduced the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 in EICMA last year, Royal Enfield has confirmed its dedication to what has turn into a successful platform in that of its 650cc twin-cylinder.
Earlier than the Super Meteor 650, there was the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 and the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, both of which gain new paint jobs for 2023.
For the Interceptor 650 – which maintains its present color options of Mark 2, Sunset Strip and Canyon Red – there are the new, ‘blacked out’ colors, as Enfield is referring to them: Black Ray, and Barcelona Blue.

On the side of the Continental GT 650, the existing colors – Mr Clean, Dux Dulux, British Racing Green and Rocker Red – are joined for 2023 by Slipstream Blue and Apex Grey.
In addition to the brand new colours themselves, each of the new-for-2023 paint options for each the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 come with a brand new switchgear, a USB charging point, and LED headlamp, and “enhanced seat comfort,” Royal Enfield says.

Further, the ‘blacked out’ variants of the Interceptor and Continental GT – that’s to say, those with the brand new colours – will also have ‘blacked out’ engine and exhaust components, in addition to cast alloy wheels and tubeless tyres as standard.
