Royal Enfield Bullet 350 vs Ola Electric S1 Pro Drag Race

The petrol vs electric debate finds a new medium of drag race and this is what could happen in the real world.

Here is a drag race video of a Royal Enfield Bullet 350 and an Ola S1 Pro electric scooter. Bullet, as everyone is aware is the most popular tourer bike in the country for decades. People wanting a motorcycle with a massive road presence often opt for it. On the other hand, the Ola S1 Pro is the latest electric scooter that is dictating the future of two-wheeler mobility in the country. It is the most popular electric bike name in our market. What happens when these two go toe-to-toe with each other?

RE Bullet vs Ola S1 Pro

The video has been uploaded by a popular YouTuber Sonu Plaha. In this competition, he grabs his Bullet and arranges a drag race competition with an Ola S1 Pro. For this race, the S1 Pro is set to its sportiest setting, Hyper Mode. It enhances the throttle responses and enables maximum acceleration. At the beginning of the race, both two-wheelers are neck-to-neck due to the instant acceleration of the EV and the powerful engine of the Bullet. However, after a few seconds, the Bullet is able to take advantage of its powerful engine and takes an unassailable lead.

For the accuracy of the test and for accommodating the driving mannerisms of both riders, they decided to switch the bikes for the second round. However, the Ola is still kept in the Hyper Mode as it gives the riders the best chances of winning this unique race. In the second round, the competition is even stiffer with Ola competing vehemently until the very end. It was only after the 100 km/h mark, that the Bullet is undeniably able to claim victory. However, this performance indicates how quick the EVs are due to that instant initial torque.

Do Not Race on Public Roads

Finally, we must advise our dear readers to not perform such drag races on public roads. These are highly perilous and the YouTubers often don’t show the kinds of precautions they take behind the camera. Therefore, one must not try to imitate them simply for the pleasure of seeking the adrenaline rush. Stay safe and do not try this!
