Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Debuts Globally in Los Angeles

Royal Enfield has a dedicated and passionate fan base around the world and is considered one of the Best Bikes models.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 was revealed last month in its Motoverse Edition with a price tag of Rs. 4.25 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the special edition which is limited to only 25 units.

Now the revered motorcycle brand Royal Enfield has recently introduced its latest model, the Shotgun 650, in the vibrant city of Los Angeles.

The eagerly anticipated Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 is set to hit global markets in the early months of the upcoming year.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Colour Options

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 will be available in four unique colour options – Stencil White, Plasma Blue, Green Drill and Sheetmetal Grey.

Which is the primary area of difference compared to the Motoverse edition which comes with a hand-painted flame colour.

The motorcycle can be switched from single seater to double seater to luggage-carrying tourer with its unique customisable design.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Plasma Blue

It is based on the same 650 Twin platform with mid-set foot position, a low 795 mm seat height and a commanding handlebar position. The floating single seat offers a retro appeal.

Shotgun 650 will be powered by the same engine that is doing duty on Royal Enfield’s other 650 cc motorcycles – a 648 cc parallel-twin, air-cooled oil unit that generates 47 bhp maximum power and 52 bhp peak torque on other 650 cc bikes.

Also, the engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch.

Royal Enfield’s Shotgun 650

It is equipped with a 43 mm diameter separate function big piston Showa forks on the front, twin tube 5-step preload adjust RSU at the back and 1465 mm wheelbase. The bike gets wide 18-inch front and 17-inch rear tubeless tyres, combined with 320 mm and 300 mm disc brakes.

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 gets an LED headlamp, digi-analogue instrument cluster, which comes equipped with the Tripper navigation system.

The Shotgun 650 also gets the newly launched Royal Enfield Wingman – a new in-app feature that keeps you updated on the motorcycle’s live location, fuel and engine oil levels, service reminders and more. It also features a USB charging port.
