Simple Dot One electric scooter

Pre-bookings for Simple Dot One is expected to begin from December 15

Bengaluru-based startup Simple Energy has announced i’ts new inexpensive scooter, known as the Simple Dot One. will be launched on 15th December, the brand new e-scooter will be positioned as a sub-variant of the Easy one electric scooter.

Sub Rs. 1 Lakh price tag

The company confirms that the brand new Dot One e-scooter will be priced below Rs 1 lakh, making it a direct competitor to the Ola S1 X. Bookings of the Dot One will begin on the 15th of December and its deliveries have been promised from January 2024 onwards.

The Simple Dot One will share its platform with Simple One and will get a fixed 3.7 kWh battery. The company claims the model has a certified range of 151 kilometers and that it gets ‘specially-crafted’ tyres that enhances its on-road range.

Additional, the model will get 30 litres of under-seat storage space, touchscreen instrument cluster, support for app connectivity, amongst other highlights.
