Hayabusa vs Brezza – Tug of War

The video captures a tug of war tussle between the previous-gen Hayabusa and the diesel version of the Maruti Brezza. To tie these two together, they have used a flimsy rope which is broken in the first attempt. There is a tow hook on the Brezza to tie the rope to but there is no dedicated place on the Hayabusa which makes it a bit challenging. Nevertheless, the YouTuber managed to tie them from the rear sections and the race finally began. Both the drivers are seen accelerating hard but the vehicles refuse to move. After some time, Brezza begins the pull the superbike but Hayabusa pulled the Brezza towards itself convincingly.

It is seen that the Hayabusa keeps losing traction due to less weight on the rear tyre making the wheel spin. However, once the tyre has enough traction, it managed to pull the SUV quite cleanly. Brezza, on the other hand, has four wheels on the ground giving it more traction which is why it is able to pull the bike in the beginning. But the Hayabusa simply overpowers the Brezza on multiple occasions. We have to accept that the superbike is more powerful on paper, as well as on the road.
