TVS Apache Special Edition launched with cosmetic and mechanical changes

2023 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Special Edition launched with a price tag of Rs. 1.30 lakhs (ex-showroom). The motorcycle comes with a few changes to make it look fresh and desirable in the segment.

The Indian bike maker has launched a new Pearl White colour with the special edition. It also gets black and red alloy wheels combo to make it look sportier. Along with the white colour, the special edition is also available in Matte Black paint job. This comes with red alloy wheels.

The motorcycle gets a new lightweight bullpup muffler that improves the power-to-weight ratio of the motorcycle by shedding 1 kg weight. The motorcycle maker claims it enhances the exhaust note of the bike and also refines the power delivery.

The special edition comes with adjustable clutch & brake levers and dual tone seat.

The bike is powered by the same 159.7cc, oil-cooled, SOHC, fuel injected engine that produces 17.55 PS at 9250 RPM and a peak torque of 14.73 Nm at 7250 RPM, mated to a five-speed gearbox.
