TVS launches Bluetooth and drum brake-equipped Jupiter ZX at Rs 84,468

TVS Motor Company has spiced up its scooter portfolio by bestowing the Jupiter ZX Drum variant with Bluetooth connectivity. This model is priced at Rs 84,468 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Which makes it around Rs 2,300 more expensive than the older non-Bluetooth trim of the scooter.

The ZX gets two new colours as well – Starlight Blue and an exclusive new option called Olive Gold.

The SmartXonnect suite includes Turn-By-Turn Navigation, Voice Assist, Call Alerts and SMS Alerts among more. TVS promises Jyada ka Fayda with Jupiter.

So, the new TVS Jupiter ZX Drum SmartXonnect variant is no different. The new variant also gets a USB charging port.

There are no other changes on the scooter. It remains the same visually apart from the new colour options. The scooter also continues with the same mechanicals.

It is powered by a 110cc, air-cooled, single cylinder engine that produces 7.8 HP and 8.8 Nm of torque. It comes with telescopic suspension up front and monoshock at the rear. This variant is equipped with drum brakes both at the front and rear.

The TVS Jupiter competes with the likes of Honda Activa and Hero Pleasure.
