The Triumph Street Scrambler is aimed at both city as well as off-roading. The bike is based on the modern-classic Street Twin.The Street Scrambler is powered by a 900cc parallel-twin engine that produces 54bhp at 6000rpm and peak torque of 80Nm at 2850rpm. This engine is mated to a five-speed transmission and a final chain drive.To make it more capable off-road, the bike features raised dual exhausts and an engine skid plate. The bike also gets an aluminium rack at the rear, removable pillion foot pegs and an interchangeable seat, while its instrument cluster is borrowed from the Bonneville range. The Street Scrambler is equipped with 19-inch wheels that are wrapped in dual-purpose Metzeler Tourance tyres. Suspension for the front and rear are KYB units. While the front gets 41mm forks, the rear sports twin shocks. The bike gets switchable traction control, ride-by-wire system and ABS as standard. The bike gets three colour options- black, red/silver and khaki green. Its main competitor is the Ducati Scrambler Urban Enduro.
