Vespa Elegante 125 (BS VI)

The Vespa Elegante is a special edition 125cc scooter which is being promoted as a lifestyle product. Based on the now discontinued Vespa VX, the Elegante gets a host of cosmetic updates aimed at raising the premium quotient of the scooter.The Vespa Elegante gets a premium front chrome grille, colour co-ordinated leather seats draped in leather and a limited edition badge to signify the scooter’s significance.

The Elegante also gets a chrome guard kit along with the front bumper guard.Like the rest of the Vespa range, the Elegante is built on a monocoque chassis, which houses a 125cc single-cylinder engine. This engine delivers 10bhp and 10Nm of torque through a CVT transmission.

The Vespa Elegante rides on a single-sided hydraulic front suspension and a dual-effect rear shock absorber. It gets a 200mm front disc brake and a 140mm rear drum brake.The Elegante is offered in two colour options  marrone crete senesi and bianco perla. Vespa gives customers the option to opt for a colour co-ordinated half face helmet, which matches the paint of the scooter.
