2023 KTM 390 Adventure Revealed
KTM is providing the one element that was requested for the most. Wire-spoke rims. These rims fare better in off-road conditions as they’ve a greater shock absorbing and dissipating capability versus alloy wheels. Manufacturers provide wire-spoke rims on off-road bikes and retro motorcycles. These new wheels are offered in “Spoked Wheeled” edition alongside regular cast alloy models.
The most important change for 2023 on the KTM 390 Adventure is the arrival of spoked wheels. The spokes sit within black-anodized aluminium rims which have a diameter of 19 inches and 17 inches at the front and rear, respectively.
The 2023 KTM 390 Adventure will likely be launched in India within the next few months. In actual fact, according to our sources, the bike can be sold in both – alloy wheel and spoke wheel versions.

Specs & Features
The brand hasn’t touched the 373cc single-cylinder engine that continues to churn out 44bhp and 37Nm of peak torque. The gearbox is the same one – six-speed with a quick-shifter. The feature checklist remains rich – ride-by-wire, cornering ABS, traction control system and off-road mode.
Other features on the bike embrace a ride-by-wire throttle, traction control, cornering ABS, an ‘Offroad’ riding mode that allows more rear wheel slip and reduces ABS intervention, and a five-inch TFT display.
Pricing for the same is not but announced. It’s not sure when it will launch in India. We will expect a slight price bump for the Spoke Wheeled edition over the standard model. Whereas the latter is more likely to be priced as is. Rivals include BMW G 310 GS, upcoming Hero Xpulse 400, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the likes.
