Bajaj Pulsar 220 Ghost Rider Mod is a Really Bad Idea

Here is an incident where a YouTuber turned a Bajaj Pulsar 220 into a Ghost Rider bike inspired by a Hollywood movie.

This video has been created by one of the most popular YouTubers in India and is a continuation of a previous video where they converted a Bajaj Pulsar 220 into the Ghost Rider bike. You must remember the bike in the movie Ghost Rider, which is always on fire. While that may seem cool on the big screen, it is definitely something one must avoid at all costs in real-life situations. Let us check out how well (or not) it turned out for the YouTuber and his team.

In the previous video where the team attempted a similar stunt on this Bajaj Pulsar, they noticed that the fire was too close to the rider which is why they were not able to ride the bike for a long distance. To remedy that, they have modified the bike in such a way that the front wheel is positioned as far away from the rider, as possible. For this, they have installed long connecting rods which has resulted in the bike being raised from the front to accommodate those mechanical settings. That means that there is no stand on the bike and it won’t be able to stop once it starts moving.

The YouTuber then pours some fuel on the tyre of the bike which is wrapped around in black cloth so as to catch fire easily. The rider starts moving the bike and it catches fire. Massive flames are seen coming out of the tyres of the moving motorcycle. In fact, due to the motion of the bike, it looks like the flames are reaching the rider and other parts of the bike too. Nevertheless, the rider is able to complete a circle and quite some distance before the fire dies out. Another person is needed to make the bike come to a standstill. The team puts out the remaining sparkes using a fire extinguisher.

We would like to direct the attention of our readers to the safety hazards associated with such a stunt. The YouTuber also mentions that they have taken multiple precautions behind the scenes to create an extremely safe environment to perform this mad stunt. Hence, you should NOT try to imitate this. This could easily go wrong and prove to be fatal. One must never play with fire unless every safety measure has been put in place.
