Bajaj Gears Up for the Updated Pulsar RS 200 Launch

While the iconic design language of the RS 200, including its angular fairing and signature twin projector headlights, remains intact, Bajaj is likely to introduce new color options for the 2025 model. These changes aim to keep the sporty aesthetic fresh and appealing to enthusiasts.

Fully Digital Instrument Console

A major highlight of the update is the expected inclusion of a fully digital instrument cluster, similar to the one found on the NS200. This upgrade will likely feature comprehensive readouts, including a speedometer, rev counter, odometer, and fuel gauge, along with smartphone connectivity for call and SMS notifications.

Proven Powertrain and Chassis

The updated Pulsar RS 200 will continue to use the robust 199cc single-cylinder engine, delivering 24.13 bhp and 18.74 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The suspension system, consisting of telescopic forks upfront and a rear monoshock, remains unchanged, as do the 17-inch wheels with road-focused tyres and disc brakes with ABS.

Pricing Expectations

Given these upgrades, a slight price hike is anticipated. Currently, the Pulsar RS 200 is priced at ₹1.74 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new model may see a marginal increase to accommodate the added features.
