Ducati has introduced a new scrambler motorcycle known as the Scrambler 800 Icon Dark. This model is derived from the well-known Icon variant but offers a more budget-friendly option with a sleek blacked-out design.
The Italian manufacturer aims to enhance the affordability of the Scrambler lineup with the launch of the Icon Dark, acknowledging that motorcycle prices have risen significantly in recent years and that consumer preferences are evolving. With this new addition, Ducati anticipates attracting a broader audience to its brand.
The Ducati Scrambler 800 Icon Dark is equipped with the same 803cc air-cooled V-twin engine, delivering a peak power output of 73bhp. Additionally, an A2 variant is available, producing 47bhp. This engine is paired with a six-speed transmission. In terms of features, the motorcycle includes two riding modes—Rain and Sport—along with cornering ABS and a bidirectional quick-shifter.
