The Husqvarna Vitpilen 801 is set to be officially revealed on October 2. The company has shared a teaser on its social media platforms, confirming this announcement. The teaser provides a glimpse of the new Vitpilen 801, highlighting several notable features.

To begin with, the motorcycle is equipped with a new LED headlight, which appears to be positioned lower than that of the Svartpilen 801. The headlight showcases a unique design, featuring an oval LED daytime running light (DRL) with an inset LED projector, contributing to the distinctive aesthetic of the Husqvarna Vitpilen 801.

The fuel tank boasts an angular design that enhances its visual appeal. The side and tail sections seem to mirror those found on the Svartpilen 801. Overall, the Vitpilen 801 is expected to maintain the unique character that defines every Husqvarna motorcycle.

Powering the Husqvarna 801 is a 799cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine, which delivers 103.25 bhp at 9,250 rpm and a peak torque of 87 Nm at 8,000 rpm. This engine is mated to a six-speed transmission and is recognized for its robust midrange performance and distinctive sound.

The motorcycle features a chromium-molybdenum tubular frame, supported by an adjustable WP Apex USD fork and an adjustable WP monoshock.

In terms of specifications, the bike is anticipated to include all-LED lighting, multiple ride modes, traction control, cornering ABS, and additional features.

Following its unveiling, the bike is expected to be available in international markets shortly thereafter. However, the likelihood of the Vitpilen 801 being launched in India appears to be low.
