For the time being, Matter has only announced the costs for the Aera 5000 and 5000+, which can are available in at Rs 1.44 lakh and Rs 1.54 lakh, respectively (ex-showroom, together with FAME-II subsidy) and 5000+ come geared up with a 5 kWh battery pack. Upcoming 6000+ shall be equipped with a 6 kWh battery.
Because of this 4000 will be launched with a 4 kWh battery in the future and forms the entry-level variant. When it comes to design, Matter Aera shoots for a sharp street bike look.
When viewed head-on, Aera comes off as muscular. Adding to this impact is a reasonably wide tank with shrouds, and a belly pan. Shrouds extend downwards and flank a mesh overlaying a radiator used for liquid-cooling of battery and motor.
Componentry contains telescopic entrance forks, twin shock absorbers on the rear, front petal disc and rear conventional disc brake.
