Saintrider87 shared the video on their YouTube channel featuring a test of the Himalayan on an off-road track. The vlogger began by riding the bike slowly to assess its performance and handling on the off-road terrain.
After riding, the vlogger noticed that the rear suspension needed adjustment as it felt too soft. Despite hearing claims that the Himalayan lacked low-end power, the vlogger expressed satisfaction with the bike.
He also mentions that he lacks experience in off-roading and purchased the Himalayan 452 with the goal of enhancing his skills. He completes a few laps while seated on the road. Afterward, he mounts the bike and notices that it feels more stable.
Satisfied with the performance, he gradually adjusts to the riding style and the bike before venturing further into the track. He begins trying to emulate the jumps of a professional rider also present on the track.

He successfully completed a few of them, but the bike didn’t go completely airborne. During one of these jumps, the rider lost control of the bike and fell. The incident was also recorded on video.
In the footage, it can be observed that the rider had his weight forward while ascending, but failed to shift it to the rear while descending, causing excessive pressure on the front. This resulted in the loss of control and the subsequent fall.
Fortunately, the rider escaped unharmed. This incident marks the first time we have witnessed a Himalyan 452 crash in such a manner. Towards the conclusion of the video, the vlogger highlights the extent of damage sustained by the bike.
Notably, the handlebar and clutch lever are bent, while the Triple tree has also been affected. Additionally, the gear lever is shown to be damaged post-crash. The vlogger mentions the necessity of replacing these parts from an authorized service center and having the bike serviced.
Despite the severity of the crash, the biker was equipped with proper riding gear, which proved to be beneficial. Although the GOPro mount on the helmet broke, the rider did not sustain any injuries.
