Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Secures European Market Entry with Key Certifications
The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is poised to enter the European Union market following the acquisition of essential certifications. Ultraviolette has confirmed that the F77 Mach 2 electric motorcycle possesses the L3e certificate along with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) certification. These approvals enable the F77 Mach 2 to be utilized on public roads across 40 countries globally, including those within the European Union.

In light of these certifications, Ultraviolette has revealed that the F77 Mach 2 will be offered at an introductory price of €9,990, equivalent to Rs 9.06 lakh. The company is gearing up for a significant presence at EICMA 2024, scheduled to take place in Italy this November.
Initially, the F77 Mach 2 will be available in Germany and Turkey, with plans to expand to additional countries thereafter. Recently, the company began shipping units to Europe from its manufacturing facility in India.
Ultraviolette had previously launched the F77 Mach 2 in India. This electric motorcycle features a 27kW permanent magnet AC motor, while the Recon variant is equipped with a more powerful 30kW motor. The F77 Mach 2 Recon can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in 2.8 seconds and reach 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds, with both models achieving a top speed of 155 km/h.

The standard version is powered by a 7.1 kWh battery, whereas the Recon variant boasts a larger 10.3 kWh battery. The IDC range for these models is 211 km and 323 km, respectively. The starting price for the F77 Mach 2 is set at Rs 2.99 lakh, ex-showroom.
